GoGrant is an operational platform that lets institutions run public calls and funding programmes digitally — from publishing a call and receiving applications to evaluation and grant administration.
The platform is already in production with more than ten active clients. AI capabilities for applicants and administrators are now entering a pilot phase.

Problem statement
Public calls and funding programmes often depend on paper forms, e‑mail attachments and manual checks, which slows down both applicants and administrators.
Evaluation and grant administration then require extra effort to keep records consistent, transparent and auditable.
Our answer
Solution
GoGrant digitises the full lifecycle: calls are published online, applicants submit digital applications, and evaluators and administrators work in one shared system.
Building on this operational base, an AI applicant assistant and AI administrative review are being piloted to make applying and reviewing faster.
